Présentation
Daphné Gil Mena is a member of the Paris Bar since 2023 after having graduated with a Master II in Creative and Digital Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
She is an associate at Kern & Weyl and a consultant to CastaldiPartners as part of the IP Alliance.
Daphné assists French and international companies in protecting, promoting and defending their intangible assets in the audiovisual, video games, fashion, luxury goods and design sectors.
She advises clients on all aspects of the creation and exploitation of their works. She advises them on drafting and negotiating their contracts and represents them before all courts (civil, commercial and criminal).
Daphné advises and represents clients in litigation, in particular on issues relating to intellectual property law (copyright, trademarks, designs) and commercial law (unfair competition, parasitism, breach of contract).
Her working languages are French, English and Spanish.
